The Series "Tapestries of Life" began with "9-11"- a large piece created to help heal the pain in my own heart. I felt as if Mother Earth had been ripped open. I believe in being all that I can be. This means exploring all possibilities in the imagery that comes from within. It is a joy to cast body parts of people. In my studio I have a library of body parts used to create the imagery within. One Series I do is another step to the next series. Part of the growth of an artist.
