I subscribe to the belief that if I shine a light inward, the mysteries of time and eternity are revealed. I use my art as a vessel to follow where my light shines. Myths and symbols are utilized as guides that help me navigate my inner travels, and in turn, my travels manifest my art. I do not pretend to be saying anything new, for the themes I am attracted to have been used throughout the ages, though I know my expression is unique. I strive, therefore, to reflect my unique light, through a timeless art form, to tell and understand my own story. |
